After the release of black Panther earlier this year, people from all over the world are trying to visit the world of fiction Wakanda, not knowing that the African kingdom did not really exist. According to a survey shared by the online booking website Hotels.com, searches for "Wakanda" have risen over the past year.
Businessman MK Malefane hopes to take advantage of the appeal by building a unique theme park based around the futuristic city. And while exploring different locations, Nelson Mandela's bay seems to be leading.
According to reports, Malephan worked closely with the same companies responsible for building Disney theme parks to create an African-oriented park to copy the technology-developed city of Wakanda.
Of course, this seems the ideal idea to increase tourism in South Africa and Port Elizabeth. With so many people hoping to take a look at the wonderful black Panther city, it's the perfect idea to build it here on African land.
