A machine from Austrian Airlines (AUA), which traveled from Vienna to Frankfurt, turned back again on Sunday after 15 minutes because of the strong odor and smoke in the cockpit and then in the cabin. On the plane there were 161 passengers and six crew members. When the AUA Airbus A321-100 took off and reached a height of 2,000 feet, the crew in the cockpit noticed a strong odor.
