The twentieth legionellosis patient in the Evergem area of Eastern Flanders was admitted to hospital Friday, the Fremantle health agency Zorg reported in Gezondheid.
Two people died Monday and Wednesday, respectively, of this disease.
"We confirm that a new patient is admitted to the University Hospital in Ghent (UZ Gent)," the agency said. "We have no more information about him, he is the twentieth patient in the Everghem area."
The origin of the pollution is not yet known.
