The flu vaccination campaign will have a new D-day this Saturday (18). The malls and health clinics will offer the vaccine dose to the target audience of the second phase of the campaign, which includes elderly people aged 60, children from 6 months to 6 years, pregnant women, women of the post-natal age, health workers, private services, with chronic illness, as well as civilian police, soldiers, firefighters and active members of the armed forces.
It is expected that 262,000 people will be immunized in the Bahia capital. In the city, only 54.1% of the target group has already visited the stations, while in Baia the percentage of the immunized is 52.38%. At national level, the coverage is 56% – data from this Wednesday (15).
In Salvador, all health services will offer immunization. To reach a larger number of people, places like schools, crèches, churches, reloading stations, supermarkets, shopping centers, and neighborhood prefectures will also distribute doses of the vaccine.

The Lapa station will receive the vaccine on Friday (17) from 9 to 16 hours at the transfer station.
Lapa Shopping Center will have a vaccination station on Saturday (18), from 9am to 5pm, on L3 floor, near Loja Riachuelo.
Salvador Norte Shopping will also take place on L1 floor, ahead of Caixa Econômica Federal, on Saturday (18) from 9am to 5pm.
The flu vaccine will remain available to the population by May 31.
