Peugeot 508 is designed to offer a global response in the segment of global ambition. Offered in sedan and wagon versions, the Peugeot 508 will soon have three power units: gasoline, diesel and gasoline PLUG-IN HYBRID from the fall of 2019.
Produced in Wuhan, China, the new Dongfeng Peugeot 508L sedan was added to the global range of Peugeot 508 with a special version adapted to the Chinese market.
The distinctive design of this model is the result of close collaboration between the Peugeot design team and their Chinese colleagues. The name 508L comes from "Luxury", "Long" and "Latest Technology" in accordance with the specific expectations of space, status, and technology of customers in China.
A mandatory marker for the D-segment sedan in China, space has been increased thanks to the extended 55 mm axis distance, which now reaches 2,848 mm and the overall length of the car up to 4,856 mm (+ 100 mm).
Access is optimized with the introduction of new doors with frames for more headroom. Conventional shelves add to the elegance and stature of this mandatory Chinese model.
The new Dongfeng Peugeot 508L is based on Huawei's innovative solution, and is the first model in range to utilize the OceanConnect IoT platform.

PEUGEOT's interior design trademark, combines a compact steering wheel, a large 10-inch HD capacitive touch screen, and a 12.3-inch high-resolution digital eye view screen with personalized capabilities.
The new Dongfeng Peugeot 508L, which will be available for sale in the first quarter of 2019, will expand Peugeot's reach in China, which includes models 301, 308 and 408 and SUVs 2008, 3008, 4008 and 5008.
