The media harass Megan Marcel like the late Princess Diana. This is what the American actor, producer and director George Clooney said in an interview with the Australian WHO magazine, Reuters reported.
According to him, the media is pursuing Marks everywhere, and they are shaming on its address. "She is a woman who is pregnant in the seventh month and is followed, blasphemed and persecuted in the same way as Diana was – the story is repeated," says the actor.
Last weekend, some editions published details from a very personal letter, which allegedly had been sent by Megan Mark to her father, with whom she had no close relationship for many years.
Clooney says this is disappointing and irresponsible, and adds that he is surprised by the media's behavior.
Last month, five of Megan's closest friends shared with People's Daily that the Duchess has suffered many "lies and falsehoods" and "global harassment," as well as worrying about how it will affect her and her child.
In 2016, shortly after publicly announcing his relationship, Prince Harry made a rare statement about him criticizing the media for interfering with Megan's privacy, claiming that the press had put her under a "wave of insults and harassment."
Harry and his brother Prince William have long been tense with the media after their mother, Princess Diana, was the victim of a car crash in Paris in 1997 following a persecution of motorcycle paparazzi, the agency recalls.
