One person is dead and another is in custody after a deadly catastrophe in the Malahide area on Saturday morning.
At about 3 o'clock in the morning, the UPS called near the intersection of John Wise Lean and Spring Water.
A red pickup left the road and hit a tree.
A passenger was killed, the driver was accused of disturbed driving and dangerous driving, causing death.
The investigation continues.
