Analysis: Janmarck scored just three goals this year for the stars. The veteran could attract interest in teams seeking rental for their playoffs. Despite low statistical figures, Janmark is playing first-line for the stars this season. Together with Janmark, the stars are also shopping Valery Niuchinkin and Brett Richie,
Detroit Red Wings
According to Chris Nichols, Darren Dreger of TCH says the wings will not trade Andreas Atanasiu unless it is impossible for them.
Analysis: The red wings go into the All-Star break with a losing record and are in the middle of the rest. Although they can look at the trade goal scorer Jimmy Howard, a player who is not looking to trade is Anthanasiou. He is second in teams (17) and third in points (30). It is a strong center of the third line for Wings, along with a game of its second powerplay. With two years remaining under his contract, the local resident of Ontario is unlikely to leave Detroit soon.
Rumors: According to TCH, hockey insider Pierre Lebran Habs has explored the idea of trading Joel Armia,
Reflections: Is not it a deal by Joel Armia pour le Canadien?
– RDS (@RDSca) January 25, 2019
Analysis: Habs acquired the Armia from Winnipeg Jets in the off season for a pair of photos in this year's project. Armia is set to become RFA at the end of the season and can make use of the playoffs candidate as a rental. This move will also make room for boys like Kenny Agostino and Matthew Peka to continue seeing playoff times once Andrew Shaw comes back from an injury. Trade with Army would definitely make sense to move forward.
