"We strive to promote renewables and we make a very specific commitment: by 2025, 20% of electricity demand will be covered by renewable energies and we are progressing," President Mauricio Macri said recently on a visit to an Argentinian manufacturing plant wind turbines from the latest generation of the Vestas brand.

This is a paradigm shift.

Energy Minister Javier Iguassel stressed that this is a paradigm shift because they encourage major projects of strategic importance but also the daily self-consumption in homes that want to change for renewable energy sources. "This is the way to diversify the energy matrix country, turning it into renewable and sustainable." Every user understands that he will depend on them to save and produce their own energy.

The 17 projects in commercial operation for 418.3 MW installed capacity and 611.5 million dollars in investments. While under construction, there are 74 projects with a total capacity of 2916 MW.
