Banco de Chile sues Compagnon for debt on his credit card

Compagnon also has two pending lawsuits against Banco Santander. In one of these, they want to pay 14 million pesos for a loan granted in June 2013.

Banco de Chile filed a lawsuit against former daughter Michel Bachelli's daughter-in-law, Natalia Compagnieon, for the unpaid debt of nearly 7 million pesos on her credit card issued in February 2014.

The case filed at the end of November was accepted by the 22nd civil court in Santiago. According to The second, the bank subject requested the seizure of goods for 6.6 million pesos.

Compagnon and Banco de Chile participated in the so-called Caval case, along with Sebastián Dávalos. The two met with vice president Andrónico Luksic at the end of 2013 to get a loan of 6500 million pesos to buy land in Macalei, which led to a political scandal.
