From 5 to 8 December, various topics related to the world of the crypt will be discussed, especially on the continent.
At present, Latin America presents itself as a fertile ecosystem for crypto-components.
For many, cryptopospositions are shown as a possible solution to the historical problems the region suffers and therefore the discussions about technology, its capabilities and constraints are recurring.
This and more will be discussed in the new edition of LABITCONFLatin Latin American Conference Bitcoin and Blockchain. This will take place on 5, 6, 7 and 8 December at the Cultural Center CorpArtes, located in Rosario Norte at 600, in Santiago, Chile.
The situation of the area with regard to the cryptic world is very interesting. In Brazil, according to data from LABITCONF, more than 1.4 million accounts were found exchanges of banks, while banks registered only 600,000 new registrations. In Mexico, cryptocentres were not accepted as money, but a new law categorized them as goods, which allows banks to work with them. In Argentina, they started installing the first automated ATMs that allow to buy and sell cryptocycles, but this is not the only country in which this happens, among other things, in Chile and Panama. In Columbia, Congress has tabled a bill that has not yet been approved to issue licenses exchanges who want to operate in the country and tax transactions. In Peru, the volume of cryptographic transactions has increased by more than 50%. Uruguay has just created a new special commission to assess how to regulate CCPs in order to avoid financial terrorism and money laundering. And Paraguay, for its part, stands out as one of the cheapest countries to set up mining operations thanks to the low cost of renewable energy compared to Canada or Sweden. We need to talk about Venezuela, a country in a severe economic crisis, where crypocompositions serve many emigrants to send money to their families and where more and more businesses accept them. For its part, Chile, the host country, where this conference will be held this time, sees an increasing number exchanges and impatient enthusiasts to learn more about cryptography.
In the midst of this whole situation comes the sixth edition of LABITCONF. The previous ones were held in Argentina (2013 and 2016), Brazil (2014), Mexico (2015) and Colombia (2017). As in previous years, the event will have the presence of some of the most important industry indicators, including experts Bitcoin and Blockchain Andreas Antonopoulos, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of ZCASH Zuko Wilcox and Diego Gutierrez Zaldicar from RSK, the Argentine company, whose platform could bring a new wave of ICO, this time developed on Bitcoin.
Tickets are now available on the Event Website, which you can enter by clicking here. They range from $ 300 for standard access to $ 1,150 for a full VIP experience.
