The lawyer helped with drugs and viagra to the inmates of the former prison

Attorney Luciano Devia interned a series of illegal substances in Santiago 1 and in a former prison. These include clonazepam, marijuana and Viagra.

The lawyer not only gives legal advice but is dedicated from August 2014 in Santiago 1 to assist his represented Jesus Sepulveda with 85 fragments and 3 tablets of clonazepam.

After seven months, as part of the visit – this time in the former prison – Devia would have introduced 200 Viagra tablets as part of the visit.

Subsequently, on 18 November 2015, he returned to Santiago 1 and delivered a jacket with 1.7 grams of marijuana.

For the first two facts, Devia was unanimously sentenced on Monday, January 14, at the Fourth Judgment in Santiago. Magistrates gave him a sentence of four and a half years of probation, in addition to a fine that went up to 16 UTM.

This is for the crimes of "illicit trafficking in small quantities of narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances" and "sale to any degree of substances dangerous to health".

According to the North American Central Prosecutor's Office, "two of the three actions for which he is accused are accredited." As for the marijuana income on the jacket, they said "he is not convicted, because the courts believe that for the purpose of the conviction, cannabis should have the necessary purity and there is no scientific means at the moment."

Although Luciano Devia is already convicted, according to the prosecutor's office, the attorney may still "ask, through appeals, that the trial be held again because the case is not over."

At the hearing, the attorney denied the facts that had been attributed to him, assuring that the accusation fund was related to the problems he had with the gendarmerie soldiers.
