One-time entry into foreign media: Qualcomm said Apple still sells mobile phones in China. Infringement of court decisions Click here to close the ads
Tencent Technology News On Dec. 12, according to foreign media, Qualcomm said Apple continues to sell the iPhone in China, which violates the court's recent order.
Earlier this week, the Chinese court issued a ban on Qualcomm to ban the sale of almost all iPhone in China. Apple, however, has argued that the ban applies only to devices running on older operating systems. IPhone is currently running iOS version 12 software.
The court's ruling includes two Qualcomm patents that allow users to correct and reformat photos and manage applications while browsing the phone navigation application.
Apple refused to comment on Wednesday. On Monday, the company said "Qualcomm's efforts to ban our products are another desperate company experience." The company's illegal activities are being investigated by regulators around the world.
Some analysts said that due to a software breach, Apple may adjust its software to ensure that the affected iPhone will continue to sell in the future.
