There are no traces of microtransactions
EA remains true to its promise and has announced that its historic Real Time Strategy will return to the computer. In particular, both are genuine Command & Conquer, as well as Command & Conquer: Red Alert will receive a 4K remake on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of this series. These games will be released in one remastered collection along with secret ops, Counterstrike, and Aftermath Expansions. EA had made it known now that it would not exist microtransactions.
The team assigned to recover the historical game is Petroglyph Games. Many members of the original development team, Westwood Studios, returned to remastered. Among others, Frank Klepacki will work on the project. This is an audio designer who created legendary music that has been carved into the memories of hardcore fans from this series. Also co-maker of the series, Joe Bostic, who is also the Lead Programmer of Tiberian Dawn and Red Alert, will also contribute.
Project development has not yet begun, so we might need patience until the official 2020 and the 25th anniversary of this series
