Unemployment survivor in Unnao suffered critical injuries on Sunday after a car in which she traveled met an incident in Ray Barrelli of Uttar Pradesh.
Two relatives of the victim of rape have died in the crash while her lawyer struggles for her life after having suffered head injuries.
The woman and her family members return after meeting with her uncle, who is placed in Rah Barrell's prison. The incident happened about 15 km from Rah Barrell's prison when a truck coming from Fatehpur collided with the car.
Chief Police Inspector, Lucknow range, S K Bhagat told TOI that the aunt of the woman and another relative were killed in the incident.
Surviving survivors and her family members are admitted to the Center for Injury at the LLC.
The police arrested the owner of the Devendra Singh truck and the Ashish Pal driver. A team from a forensic laboratory, Lucknow was sent to inspect the site of the crash, Bhagat said.
The rape case attracted national attention last year after the survivor tried to become a victim of the residence of the chief minister of Uttar Pradesh Yogi Adityanat in Laknau. A day later the survivor's father died in police detention.
The woman has blamed BJP MLA from Bangarmau, Kuldeep Singh Sengar, for her kidnapping and rape in 2017.
The government had handed over the case to the CBI after unrest for the alleged effort of Unnao's police to save the BLA MLA. The CBI registered three FIRs in the case and arrested BJP MLA Sengar along with his assistants last year.
