About a week ago, in Banyumas District, there were many stickers and posters which were later questioned by PDI-P (PDIP). Joko Widodo (Jokowi's) picture stickers and posters wore Javanese king-style crowns, mounted on public transport glass, private vehicles, as well as several strategic locations.

But the stickers or posters, only seen adorning the Banyumas area no more than a week. The internal management of the PDI-P and Bawaslu Banyumas, carried out the cleaning of the poster for their own reasons.

The PDIP internal dismissed all posters and stickers on the grounds that they considered the posters discrediting Jokowi and not at the party's order or the National Campaign Team (TKN) or the Regional Campaign Team (TKD). Whereas Bawaslu, carried out cleaning the posters because they were installed in locations that were prohibited according to the provisions that no APKs (campaign props) could be installed.

Coordinator of the Election Election Criminal Offense Division of Bawaslu, Saleh Darmawan said, during the APK control, Monday (12/11) -Selasa (13/11), there were 1,428 APKs revealed. Including, the APK in the form of images or posters of pictures of Jokowi prisoners wearing a crown.

He could not say how many APKs and posters of the Jokowi Raja were revealed. "In accordance with the provisions, the Bawaslu's duty is only to lower the posters / stickers installed in locations that may not be installed by the APK. Not based on consideration of APK material, because the Election Supervisory Body of Banyumas did not receive complaints from PDIP about the negative campaign from Jokowi's presidential candidate stickers," he explained.

Based on observations, there is actually nothing strange about the red Jokowi sticker or poster. On the right side of the sticker or poster there is a photo of Jokowi's president who wears the crown of the king which is usually worn by players in puppet shows or ketoprak.

As for the left side, there is a PDIP logo in the form of a white bull head in a circle. At the top of the sticker, the words 'Let's Work for the People'.

The coordinator of the Banyumas Bawaslu Supervision, Public Relations and Institution Division, Yon Daryono, also assessed that the APK in the form of stickers or posters with Jokowi's pictorial was not in a negative sense. The sentence stated on the poster is also considered reasonable as an APK image.

"In terms of material, we did not see any nuances of negative campaigns. There were no expressions of hate or SARA nuanced sentences in posters of incumbent candidates," Yon said.

A poster or sticker with the image of 'Raja Jokowi' has only become a problem when the internal PDI-P party has a problem. They alleged that the stickers / posters were posted by their political opponents because the poster material / stickers were considered to discredit Jokowi.

The ranks of the Central Java (Central Java) PDIP officials emphasized that the party had never instructed the installation of such posters or stickers. Instructions were also not issued by Central Java TKN or TKD.

Chairman of the PDIP Banyumas DPC Budhi Setiawan, stated, had traced the origins of posters / stickers circulating in his area. From the search, he mentioned the poster installers in the Banyumas area named Anggit and Ade, residents of Bumiayu, Brebes Regency. But he did not mention, Anggit and Ade's political affiliation.

Later, from searches obtained Republika, obtained a complete description of the circulation of posters and stickers with the Jokowi picture. Based on the results of the Gakkumdu Election of Banyumas, it is known that there were actually other posters which were put together with the poster of 'Raja Jokowi'.

One other poster, the poster in the form of a picture of Jokowi's nurse president wearing a black cap next to his vice presidential partner, KH Ma'ruf Amin. In the middle of the poster, there is a sentence that says Happy Maulud of the Prophet Muhammad.

The installation of the two posters in the Banyumas area is known to be carried out by Nanang Nurrahman (36), a resident of Karangklesem Village in Pekuncen Sub-District, Banyumas Regency. He installed the posters in a number of points in the Banyumas area, on Saturday (10/11) and Sunday (11/11).

Nanang obtained the posters from Ade Hermanus Sholeh (29), a resident of Dukuhturi Village, Bumiayu Sub-District, Brebes Regency and Anggit Musonif Ardiansyah (29), a resident of Pruwatan Village, Bumiayu District, Brebes Regency. All posters were stored in Ade's rented house, in Tiara Ajimas Housing, Ajibarang Kulon Village, Ajibarang Subdistrict, Banyumas Regency.

For the work on installing these posters, Nanang claimed to have been paid Rp 5,000 per poster. Overall, Nanang was asked to install around 500 posters / stickers and was promised to receive a fee of Rp. 800 thousand, but he claimed he had only received Rp. 300 thousand.

Nanang also said, from the project of installing posters / stickers, he could only install 60 sheets of posters in several Banyumas areas. Installation of posters cannot be continued, because then the PDIP internal installation was asked to be stopped.

160 posters of 'Raja Jokowi' were then handed over to the Banyumas Bawaslu witnessed by the Chairperson of the PDI-P DPC Banyumas Budi Setiawan, on 11 November. While from the examination of Ade Hermanus Sholeh, information was obtained that the person concerned received a poster of the Maulud greetings of the Prophet Muhammad and 'Raja Jokowi' from Reza Anjaya, a spatial consultant whose address was at Jalan Tebet Timur No 34, South Jakarta.

Ade received 3,310 posters, in the form of a Happy Maulud poster and a 'King Jokowi' poster of 1,665 each. Before posting the poster, Ade admitted to attending a meeting held by the Jokowi support group called Volunteer Public Space which took place at Siliwangi Hotel Semarang, on November 8, 2018.

Ade also said that the meeting material at the Siliwangi Hotel was given by someone named Ahlan as Coordinator of Central Java Public Space Volunteers and Reza Anjaya as coordinator of the National Public Space Volunteer. One of the material presented related to the installation of stickers and posters of Jokowi's presidential candidate wearing a crown and poster of the presidential and vice-presidential candidate Joko Widodo-KH Ma'ruf Amin said Happy Maulud of the Prophet Muhammad.

Ade claimed to have received a poster of 'Raja Jokowi' and a poster of the Maulud Nabi congratulations three days after the meeting in Semarang. The poster was sent using a yellow truck with a number from the Kedu region (AA).

"At that time, I received 3,310 sheets of crowned Jokowi posters and a Maulud congratulatory poster," Ade said. All posters were stored in the rented house of Tiara Ajimas Ajibarang Housing.

After receiving the poster, Ade, through the WA Public Room group, asked about the cost of installing a poster. At that time, the Coordinator of Central Java Public Space Volunteers, Ahlan, would immediately send the fee. Ade claimed to have received a poster fee of Rp. 22,700,000 through a transfer in his bank account.

With these funds, Ade then contacted several friends, including Nanang, to install the posters in various locations in the Banyumas Regency. However, until all the posters were installed, news of PDIP Central Java's rejection of the posters appeared.

Following the polemic surrounding the installation of the poster of 'Raja Jokowi', Ade also claimed to have coordinated with the Chairperson of Banyumas PDIP Budhi Setiawan. In this coordination, Ade received instructions to remove the posters already installed, and allowed the poster of Jokowi-Makruf Amin to say Happy Maulud was still installed.

Regarding the remaining posters stored in Ade's rented house, Ajibarang Panwascam member, Nanang Anna Noor, claimed to have conducted an inspection at the rented house on Friday (11/16). "The house is empty, there are no posters in the house," he explained.

In addition to examining the perpetrators of posters in Banyumas, related parties are known to have also conducted an examination of Reza Anjaya, as National Coordinator of National Public Space Volunteers. In the examination, Reza said, the group he led was a collection of businessmen who personally wanted Jokowi to be re-elected as President of the Republic of Indonesia.

He also mentioned that the Public Space Volunteers had been formed in five provinces, including Central Java, East Java, South Sulawesi, East Kalimantan and Central Kalimantan. The funding is obtained from the self-help of entrepreneurs from the Public Space Volunteers.

Reza admitted, the meeting at the Siliwangi Hotel Semarang on November 8 was carried out on his initiative. Meanwhile, the implementation was submitted to Ahlan, as Coordinator of Central Java Public Space Volunteers.

Regarding the poster of 'Raja Jokowi' and a poster of Congratulations on Maulud, Reza claimed to print 150 thousand copies in Jakarta. Such posters are distributed in five provinces where a group of Public Space Volunteers has been formed. However, for the poster picture wearing a Javanese king-style crown, only installed in Central Java and East Java.

In addition to posters, Reza also claimed to have printed 21,500 Jokowi Raja stickers, as a form branding campaign. The sticker was installed on the glass in the rear of the city transportation vehicle and cooperative in five provinces.

He also mentioned, the background for the installation of a photo poster of Jokowi was wearing a Javanese crown, because Jokowi had worn the crown at a festival in Solo. Precisely, when Jokowi still served as mayor of Solo.
