Mike Harrison came out of a grim stone in February 2006 to 13.5 am. Sliced from 28 "waist and small in the tops to a mostly large size and 32" waist
POSTIE, who spends years, has been on his "skinny" point for years, becoming a muscular hook.
Mike Harrison, 35, from Hull, was tired of friends with friends who made slight jokes about his painful frame, but they felt too embarrassed to work in the gym.
But after being forced to join one and radically change his diet, he gained a great style and put five stones in his muscles.
When he misses breakfast, he already eats a huge chicken curry and rice in the morning.
He dug the same dish to come to dinner.
Microwave pizzas were thrown out to shake.
Mike told Hull James Mile: "I was skinny and I never liked what I looked like.
"My friends were making jokes at school and college, nothing bad, but they make you notice it more"
In 2006, Mike first went to the gym. He said, "I was out of work and I really just played video games all day and that was my brother-in-law who offered it just to get me out of the house."
But soon he dismissed him after admitting that "I felt uncomfortable lifting the empty bars and the lightest weights."
So he came back during the day when he was quiet and spent eight months of training five days a week.
He said, "After six weeks I began to notice the changes in my body, the abs that began to crack through the stomach, getting little noticeable biceps and pecs.
"A few months later I noticed that my back began to develop, but my legs took a little longer.
"Eight months later my physics has changed completely."
After an accident, he forced himself to step out of the gym, and in a few weeks he lost his winnings.
But in 2012, when he is approaching 30, he promised not to have a "daddy."
He said, "I went back to the gym and really swore to him this time."
Mike found his fitness center, Xercise4Less, which really helped "to be a great gym with lots of equipment for a great price," and since then he has been busy training five days a week.
