Investigating the reported attack of settlers at a home outside Mazowa al-Kijia, the residents, along with themselves, were attacked by a settler on November 18th.
The killer began to interfere with the property and wobble the gun. The inhabitants reacted by throwing stones while the occupant was circling, firing seven shots for five minutes. My colleagues and I jumped as the last three bullets sneaked past our heads.
Prior to the initial attack, we interviewed the villagers for an attack on their property, describing about twelve settlers arriving in the middle of the night, armed with guns rifling in the air while vandalizing different parts of their property.
Near the house we found all of their water tanks pierced by piercing signs surrounding the property torn apart by the perimeter, and the satellite antenna on their television.
Inside the courtyard there were more signs of damage, including arson attempts. One of the residents showed us a Molotov cocktail made from a bottle of beer with a towel inside. "He wanted to burn the apartment," he said, to show us the front of the bottle, "From Israel." You see this? "Shandi," an Israeli beer brand.
Their property is located less than two kilometers from two Israeli settlements and one outpost, including the Kem Aâ € ™ erm village where the attackers live.
