But Harimi, the accused terrorist who overtook two Israeli teens, was shot and killed by police on the West Bank on Friday.

According to Y Net, Harimi was 26 years old and is from Bethlehem. He was previously jailed in Israel from 2014-2015 for "national terrorism".

A new video shows the suspect driving down the street and driving recklessly before diverting and hitting his siblings.

A spokesman for Israeli police said an officer near the scene opened fire after the attacker rammed his car into people off the road near the Israeli settlement of Elazar, near the Palestinian town of Bethlehem.

Magen ambulance service David David Adom said 17-year-old Nehum Nevis was unresponsive and "in serious condition with multiple system trauma" and that 19-year-old sister to Noam Nevis sustained moderate injuries.

Dozens of Israeli troops and medics were on the scene. The alleged assailant's vehicle, which carried Israeli license plates allowing greater freedom of movement in both Israel and the West Bank, was overturned by the roadside. Police said the attacker was driving on a road weaving past Palestinian cities and Israeli settlements.

Two Palestinian youths stabbed an Israeli police officer in the Old City of Jerusalem on Thursday and were shot dead by officers, killing one of them.
