VALKENSWAARD – "They are bloodshed," says Beer Flick angrily. His very old Valkensward parents had to deal with a locksmith, who they said required more than one hundred euros to replace a cylinder lock. Vulnerable people too often fall victim to unscrupulous scammers, the Consumer Association warns.
