Swedish blogger and entrepreneur Isabella Levengrip, 28, recently revealed she has found her dream apartment in New York.
The 28-year-old is in the process of expanding his company Löwengrip Invest and thus needs to secure a base in the world metropolis. Earlier this summer, the blogger hit a luxury apartment just a stone's throw from Manhattan.
The 28-year-old recently shared a look at a home that is more specifically located in the upper-east country.
According to News24, the rent is a net amount of SEK 145,000 per month. The award will protect a contemporary home consisting of three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a wine cellar – spread over 185 square meters.
– Let's celebrate
In addition to magical views of the city, the blogger also has access to a gym, spa and indoor pool in the building.
– I'm so happy! Finally is our apartment. Happiness was full when I opened the door. The best broker in the world was here, Eli Ken, who brought out Cold House Perignon since 2004. We will definitely be celebrating him later! ”She wrote on a blog earlier this week.
There is no doubt that Isabella has plenty of room for bolts, but the 28-year-old even explained on Instagram that she would not live alone in the apartment. As part of the expansion, the 28-year-old has flown two of her staff to New York to live and work with her for the next period.
– I wont go
Now, on the other hand, it turns out that Levengrip is in more trouble, which puts an end to plans. In his blog, the 28-year-old writes that she is forced to leave the US – until she can get a visa.
"I'm so in love with the apartment and I won't leave it, but I make the most of my days in New York, and then enjoy the end of summer in Sweden," she writes.
The case continues below:
The blogger explains that she has now put her lawyers on the case to speed up the process.
“I really want everything to be clear. I've been here a lot lately to go to meetings, but I haven't been able to work or pay.
A dream apartment in New York is just one of the many benefits that Löwengrip can afford to treat. The 28-year-old has always been open to the fact that she enjoys a luxurious life and has previously revealed that her children's future is already financially secure.
Last year, Löwengrip could say that the total value of her company was estimated at a staggering 400 million Norwegian kroner.
