Huánuco: bus drops to the Huallaga River with 50 passengers onboard VIDEO | national

A bus with 50 passengers aboard fell on the Juala River when traveling 182 kilometers from Central Carretera, in the San Rafael area, Ambo Province Huanguo according to the National Emergency Operations Center (COEN).

According to Channel H so far three people have been missing and more than 20 injured. They also reported that there is no confirmation of deaths in this grand accident so far.

Firefighters and members of the Army of Peru arrived at the scene to save the wounded. Meanwhile, the National Police (NMP) investigates the causes of the accident.

Indeci said that underage wounds are being treated for health services in the areas of Tomayquichua, Ambo and San Rafael. Meanwhile, the heavily wounded were evacuated to the contingency hospital Hermilio Valdizan in Huanguo.

The bus is from the transport company "Sol Peru Tours", which traveled from Lima and targeted the city of Tarapoto, in the San Martin area. So far, there is no manifestation of the company.
