IOOLOY CITY – Western District Police Station (PRO-6) ordered an in-depth investigation into the murder of a retired police officer allegedly linked to a murdered drug dealer.
Chief Judge. John Bollakakao, director of PRO-6, ordered investigators to immediately identify and arrest SPO2 ambush planners Rolando Alag on November 20th.
Supt. Jamie Malong, a spokesman for the PRO-6, said police officers 1 were investigating the killings and added that in the investigation will be used frames from nearby television cameras.
One of two men on a motorcycle opened fire at Alam last Tuesday morning at Barrangai Villa Anita here.
Malong confirmed that Alag was on President Dute's list of drugs, as intelligence reports claim that the retired police officer has provided protection to the big drug syndicate.
"He is a highly targeted target group 2, identified as a Defender of the Drug Group," Malong told reporters here.
Allag was the second to be linked to the alleged drug addict Melvin Oditta, who had been killed for two months.
Lawyer Edeljulio Romero, a lawyer at Odictas, was shot dead at Roxas City, Capiz, on September 28, 2018.
The Audit, the supposed leader of the Odicta drug group who worked in West Sussex, was murdered with his wife Merriam at Caticlan Jet Harbor in August 2016. The Governor was never identified.
Allag entered the police station on 6 August 1982. He was appointed to the police station in Iloilo until he took advantage of the optional retirement on 31 January 2009. / Cbb
