Deputy district attorney Amur went to examine in the strict correctional colony, where gang members Vyacheslav Tsepovyaz was located. This was announced by the Regional Assistant Attorney General for media relations Valentin Bursyanin.
"The Amur Deputy District Attorney, Dmitry Negovora, and representatives from the Prosecutor's Office for Correctional Supervision Supervision have gone to the crime scene," RIA Novosti quoted Bursyanin as saying.
On November 7, the Chair of the Russian Investigation Committee, Alexander Bastrykin, was ordered to give a "strict legal assessment" of the actions of prison staff, where gang members Vyacheslav Tsepovyaz was located.
Previously in the media there was a photo of Tsepovyaz, sentenced to a 20-year regime in the case of a massacre in the village of Kushchevskaya, where he ate caviar and crabs in the colony. It should be noted that the photos were taken in 2015.
In 2013, gang members who had operated in the village of Kushchevskaya, the Krasnodar Region for many years, were sentenced to various prison sentences.
Members of the group were found guilty of murder, rape, including minors, and robbery.
