Fawzia Zuweher Al Maghamsi has won the Mathematics School, Gulf Teacher of the Year award, and AED 1 million prize for awarding all award criteria that contribute to the achievement of educational leadership, as well as initiatives that help develop the educational environment. This was announced by the Supreme Committee "Mohammed bin Zayed Award for best Gulf teacher" in its first session, which was launched under the guidance and protection of His Excellency Sheikh Mohammad bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces.
This award aims to develop a philosophy of contemporary education that contributes to providing an incubation environment for teacher creation and encourages them to excel in various aspects of the education profession and to respect those who excel in it.
Evaluation of applicants for awards was carried out electronically through a special electronic system at the award venue, which included filling out the participation form. Testing was carried out in several stages. The first was the technical screening of the participants, followed by evaluation of the tables and then the teachers in participating countries.
