Senegalese Justice is ready to cooperate with France



A new leap in the case of Lamine Diack, former IAAF president, led by a court in France for a corruption case. According to the newspaper Team, the Senegalese authorities replied to the IOC chairman, who asked them to facilitate the work of the French judiciary through co-operation.

During the IOC meeting in Buenos Aires, President Thomas Bach said he was writing to Senegalese President Maki Sal, asking him to facilitate the task of French investigators wishing to interview the Pope Mass Diac. Senegal, the son of the former president of the IAAF, is involved in a corruption scandal and is accused by the French judiciary.

"I have received an answer that the Senegalese authorities have cooperated fully in accordance with the Senegalese laws and I have sent this answer, said Thomas Bach, president of the International Olympic Committee, on Wednesday.
