He, commenting on the allegations because of the involvement of his old government, said he knew it was the main complaint to his account.
"And it has a price: if you are in this business – whether you will be on the field and decide something, or you will watch the game from the stands. Believe me, I know that I cannot convince anyone, but I want to be alone 10 times the stands and don't spend all of this, "Ljajic said.
He added, however, that he would appreciate the criticism of whether he was doing something good or bad for his country, but whether he was in power for a long time, according to the parts of the interview given to Tanjug.
"If that's my only complaint, then I'm riding a horse. I really don't say that this statement does not apply, but I try to avoid being part of the government on several occasions," Ljajic said.
He said he did not want to enter the government in 2012, but even when Aleksandar Vucic became prime minister.
"I went to Vucic and told him that I wanted not to be part of his government, but to propose someone from his party. He said that some serious work needed to be done, and that, because of everything we hoped for, strong names in the government. so far, I know that people hardly believe that, "Ljajic said.
"And am I tired of taking part in government? I really am, I am too tired, but I hope that I will not be in government for a long time, and that I will take part of the agenda," he added.
Asked why he was most sorry in his political career, the Deputy Prime Minister said: "What I put in politics".
