Pediatrician Clare McCarthy recommends parents not to be afraid to put their children on a nutritional allergen. They argue that children are more likely to have allergies and that food containing the allergen is not at all acceptable in childhood.
Do not be afraid to treat your baby with milk, whole grain bread and nuts (of course, if they are part of baby food, the nuts themselves can not be given their size). Studies have shown that although children have stopped eating allergens for some time, they have not had an allergic reaction after their re-administration.
