This is annual aid that pensioners will receive at the end of July

Pensioners will receive, together with pensions, annual aid at the end of July, which means they are the same as raising active population. It will be paid in five different amounts, with those with the lowest pensions being paid 437 euros and those with the highest number of 127 people. Recipients of invalidity benefits will receive annual assistance.

According to the latest published data, recipients of mandatory insurance pensions are just under 620,000. A total of 140 million euros for the pension fund are earmarked for this year's annual aid, the state institute said.

The portion of the other parent's widow's or survivor's pension, the difference in pensions and the supplement to the pension under other regulations, and the pension paid by the foreign institution of retirement or invalidity insurance shall also be taken into account for the calculation of the annual assistance. The amount of annual assistance for these pensioners is based on the total amount of Slovenian pension and foreign pensions pensions. If the pensioner receives a Slovenian pension in proportion, the annual allowance will be calculated and paid in proportion to it, the Pension and Disability Institute (ZPIZ) explained on its website.

Recipients of pensions abroad should inform Zpiz about the amount of the amount

By the end of March, the pension institution sent retirees a form for sending a foreign pension. The form was sent to persons residing in another country on 1 January, those residing in Slovenia receiving a pension under international contracts in a proportional amount, and those residing in Slovenia receiving financial support from the financial administration. by a foreign pension and invalidity insurance holder.

All of them must provide information to the Institute for the amount of retirement paid abroad in January or inform them that they do not receive pensions from abroad. The data can be communicated through the web portal mentioned in the accompanying letter or the filled-in declaration of the amount of the foreign pension is returned by post. If the institution receives information on the amount of the pension from abroad by 30 April at the latest, the annual aid will be paid by 30 September 2019 and the majority by 31 July.

If the institute receives data on the amount of the pension from abroad, the annual aid will be paid by the end of this year. However, if data on the amount of the foreign pension will not be received by September 30, the annual aid will be paid by the end of this year to the amount of EUR 127 or less if the pension is assessed in proportion.

Those who will be eligible for a pension or appropriate disability allowance after July will be paid proportionately on the date of entitlement, together with the payment of the first pension or the first reimbursement.

For pensioners and persons with disabilities who are entitled to benefits in the current year, the annual aid is paid in proportion to the amount calculated according to the duration of the pension or compensation in the same year. The condition is that this year they are not yet fully paid.

It is advisable to check the time of the completed total insurance period

The beneficiary has to check for the decision recognizing the right to receive benefits from retirement and disability insurance, how many complete social insurance periods have been completed and how many months of this in Slovenia are recommended for Zpiz.

For example, if completed 456 months with a total insurance period, of which 319 months in Slovenia, the period in Slovenia represents 69.9% of the total insurance period. The amount of the pension is, for example, EUR 552.81, representing the sum of the Slovenian pension of EUR 335.47 and the pension from the rest of the world at EUR 217.34.

According to the valid scale, the annual amount will be charged to EUR 297. In this case, however, the Slovenian pension is recognized in a proportional proportion and the corresponding amount of the annual aid is calculated by multiplying 297 as long as the amount of the annual aid in the valid scale is multiplied by 0.699 in proportion to the share of the total insurance period. The proportionate proportion thus calculated is EUR 207,60.
