The Cankarjev dom was the premiere of the film Deleted, directed and written by writer and columnist at Siol.net Miha Mazini. The film is broadcast as part of the project "Our Home Films". Look who's been to the prime minister.
The film tells of a lone mother who finds in her maternity home that she does not exist in the computer system she's going to visit and her newborn daughter. It is deleted. In Slovenia, there were 25,671 people who were left without status, without documents, services, health insurance, housing, education, free movement, families.
The story of the mother mother, Anna, who discovered in a maternity ward that she is not in computer systems, officially does not exist either her or her newborn. This is a story about what happened to the Slovenes born on the wrong part of the dissolved state that infiltrated ID cards in administrative units in the 1990s. What happens if you drop the system?
They can drive you out of the country, maybe these neighbors occupy an apartment, you are out of work, a doctor, even a child. The tedious, frivolous search for a solution turns into a tense story that thoroughly examines in detail the anomalies of the Slovenian social system.

First, the script, then the novel and finally the feature film
The story was written for the first time by Mazzini as a script, it was because he believed he could not be recorded, turned into a novel, and then just came the right moment and made a movie.
