Raise strongly to increase muscle mass and strength



Previously, Tobias Nelivig's days consisted only of sitting inside and playing computer games. Now he combines gambling with training and feels much better. The form of training he swore to was training for strength. And one thing is for sure, you get up hard and you get strong. But it takes time.

"If I could, everybody can, while you work out and think it's fun," he says.
