It was February 13, when the police worried that a 15-year-old boy was dead in the Walsta Forest in Marta. The police are able to arrest a suspected perpetrator who is the boy's dead boy that night.
The 16-year-old admitted he had killed the boy with a throat grip, but that was not intentional. During the trial, the 16-year-old told them they would "finish" after a conflict they had and so they went into the woods near their school. But the 16-year-old man has always claimed he does not intend to kill the 15-year-old.
Now the 16-year-old is convicted up to seven years of imprisonment for drug-related murders and crimes. He will also be expelled after serving his sentence.
The boy was killed on February 4 and died in the woods for nine days. Police have received the alarm after telling another school friend that the 15-year-old is lying dead in the woods and then showing the body friend to the school friend.
Later the school friend told his parents who warned the police.
