With three updates, Instagram wants to bring more shopping to the app. Especially in the field of moving images, companies use the potential of video for product sales as well. As such, Instagram first tested product tagging in videos with several selected brands. Articles highlighted in this way can be seen by all users and purchased directly.
In addition, there is also a virtual shopping list: Products that users have realized in shopping articles can be stored in the collection. This Instagram shopping basket works the same way as the special theme collection on Instagram launched in April.
In addition, Instagram expands the information displayed on the "Shop" tab in the business account just in time for the Christmas business. An easy-to-use design shows all products from brand shopping contributions at a glance. There is more information about the product displayed, without having to tap on the previous post.
