Chelsea's winger Calum Hudson-Odoy said he had filed a transfer request to try and force his move to Bayern.
The German club has submitted a number of offers to the 18-year-old in January, and with the opening of the transfer window on Thursday, Hudson-Odoy now seems willing to move to the Bundesliga.
This will make him follow the steps of their colleagues Reiss Nelson and Jadon Sancho who were impressive for Hoffenheim and Borussia Dortmund after joining Arsenal and Manchester City respectively.
Despite the lack of football from the first team, Bayern sees Hudson-Odoy as a viable long-term successor to Arien Robben, who also once started trading with Stamford Bridge and who will leave Bayern in the summer. He's also not shy about praising Hudson-Odoy.
