Citizens who left the La Candelaria parish are being mobilized along Libertador Boulevard after PNL officials have prevented the opening of a marriage to Juan Guaydo, interim president of Venezuela.
Twitter reports show that soldiers are close to riot facilities. They argue that this outcome is not resolved.
Videos on the same network show that citizens are discussing with officials to allow them to move to Francisco de Miranda Boulevard.
Carlos Julio Rohas, parochial parish leader, said that "we should not want permission from some usurper to come out to demonstrate."
