Harare – Former Foreign Minister Walter Masmibi's trial, accused of misappropriation of funds for the UN World Assembly's General Assembly in 2013, failed to start yesterday after the issuing of an administrative arrest warrant.
Mzembi, who is accused of consultant at the Tourism and Hospitality Ministry, Aaron Dzizyira Mushorioua and former Permanent Secretary Maggret Sangarve, has not appeared in court and is believed to be in South Africa, where he receives treatment for unresolved illness.
