UPDATE 2 (16:11): A representative of EA and BioWare provided the following statement to IGN:
"The main problem that affects the PC and PS4 anthem demonstration is resolved. Anyone who has a problem with these platforms needs to restart the game and try to join again. Our team is still working on fixes for some of the issues we see in Xbox One. "
UPDATE: for twitterBioWare General Manager Casey Hudson writes: "It turns out there is no problem with the capacity of the servers.
EA works to troubleshoot server issues that currently affect Anthem's VIP demo.
IN Post on Twitter by Jess Anderson's global community manager, he says: "Servers get SLAMMED for the #AnthemGame VIP demo now. EA Help the account states that it adds more server capacity to the demo to solve the problems.
We add more server capacity to #Anthem demo now. Hold tight while we work to get everyone in the game.

Many players report that they can not get into the VIP demo and meet them instead errors for data mining for live service and this servers reach maximum capacity, It seems that the official redemption website was in some cases too.
The VIP demo will start this morning and will continue until January 27 for those who pre-order the game or subscribe to Origin Access or EA Access. BioWare has already explained how Anthem demo differs from the final, including lessons, balance, and bug fixes. You can also check out the world premiere of the IGN anthem demo. BioWare now responds to players' complaints about the game and will realize a social center.
The anthem comes on PC, PS4 and Xbox One on February 22.
